Surrogate Requirements:

  • US citizen or permanent resident (i.e. have a green card) and currently live in the U.S.A.

  • Between 21 and 36 years of age 

  • Have already given birth to a child that you are currently raising

  • Had all births occurring at 37+ weeks gestation or later (unless a multiple pregnancy) without complications

  • No more than 2 C-sections
