3. Matching with a surrogate
-
Review profiles of pre-screened, qualified surrogates who align with your values, expectations as well as the requirements of your IVF doctor.
-
The chosen surrogate’s medical records will be reviewed and approved by your IVF clinic.
-
Participate in a match meeting, often a video call, to connect and ensure compatibility.
-
Once both parties agree, the match is finalized, and the surrogacy process begins.
4. Sign Retainer Agreement
-
After the match is confirmed, you will sign a retainer agreement with our agency to move forward with the surrogacy process.
5. Psychological and Medical Screening
-
Your surrogate undergoes a thorough psychological evaluation (includes a PAI test) and a in-person medical screening at your IVF clinic. Our agency will accompany and support your surrogate at medical screening.
6. Surrogacy Agreement
-
With medical and psychological clearance in place, both parties will engage legal representation to draft and finalize the surrogacy agreement. This ensures clarity and protection for everyone involved.

10. Delivery & baby arrival
-
Leading up to the delivery, a birth plan is coordinated with the surrogate and hospital
-
You’ll be notified when the surrogate goes into labor and can plan to be present at the birth
-
Following delivery, the baby is placed in your care, and you officially begin parenthood.
-
Our agency will be there for the big day to support both you and your surrogate.
From the initial consultation to welcoming your baby, our team is here to provide unwavering support and ensure a seamless, meaningful experience for you and your surrogate.

We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of parenthood. While surrogacy can seem complex, we’re here to guide you every step of the way with a smooth, ethical, and personalized approach. 7. Embryo transfer
-
Following legal clearance, your surrogate will begin her medical preparation, including medications and injections, monitoring appointments, to prepare for the embryo transfer.
-
Our agency will provide in-person support during this significant milestone.
8. Post-transfer monitoring and pregnancy
-
Once pregnancy is confirmed, your surrogate will undergo routine monitoring by your IVF clinic until about 12 weeks of pregnancy.
-
After “graduating” from the clinic, your surrogate will transition to her OB for regular prenatal care.
9. PBO(pre-birth order/post-birth order)
-
Around 12-16 weeks of pregnancy, we’ll assist in obtaining a PBO, a court-issued parental judgment. This legal document establishes you as the baby’s legal parents and ensures your names appear on the birth certificate.
